Terms & Conditions
The services offered at SKINDOME BEAUTY consist of non-invasive aesthetic treatments intended for skincare, maintenance, improvement in the appearance of the skin and general wellbeing. They are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions and do not replace healthcare services.
1. Minimum Age
Our services are intended for adults.
In the case of minors, the presence of a responsible adult is required. This adult must expressly authorise the service and sign the corresponding consent form before treatment is carried out.
2. Aesthetic Skin Assessment
An aesthetic skin assessment is not a medical diagnosis and is not intended to identify, confirm or treat medical conditions. Under no circumstances should it be considered equivalent to, or take precedence over, a medical diagnosis.
It consists of a detailed analysis of the skin's current condition, aimed at understanding its balance, functioning and individual needs, in order to determine the most appropriate cosmetic care and aesthetic treatments.
3. Nature of Treatments
The treatments offered are non-invasive and intended for aesthetic care and general wellbeing.
They do not serve a medical purpose and are not intended to treat medical conditions.
They are designed for the care of healthy skin with aesthetic or wellbeing-related needs.
4. Scope of Services
Our treatments are intended to care for the skin and improve its appearance.
No specific result is guaranteed, as individual skin responses may vary.
5. Medical Conditions
If a client has a medical condition, is undergoing active dermatological treatment or is in any situation that may affect the skin, they must consult a healthcare professional before receiving any service.
In certain cases, written medical confirmation may be required to ensure that the treatment can be performed safely.
Where a client is undergoing dermatological treatment, and subject to approval from the relevant healthcare professional, aesthetic treatments may be considered as complementary care. Under no circumstances are they a substitute for the primary medical treatment.
Similarly, during recovery from invasive procedures or medical interventions, treatments aimed at supporting skin wellbeing and recovery may be offered where recommended by the relevant healthcare professional.
6. Client Information
Clients agree to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information about their health, medical history and any relevant conditions through the pre-treatment questionnaire completed during their first visit to the studio.
If their health changes, they begin medical treatment or develop new conditions, clients agree to inform SKINDOME BEAUTY so that aesthetic treatments can be safely adapted where necessary.
Clients are responsible for communicating any relevant circumstances, even if these have not been specifically requested.
The possibility of adverse reactions or sensitivities cannot be completely excluded, as these depend largely on individual skin responses.
It is therefore essential to disclose any history of sensitivity, allergies or skin reactivity, as well as current medication, previous treatments and products used outside the studio.
Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in unwanted reactions for which SKINDOME BEAUTY accepts no responsibility.
7. Contraindications and Provision of Services
A confirmed booking does not automatically guarantee that a treatment will be performed.
Certain aesthetic services have contraindications, which must be ruled out beforehand or assessed during the appointment.
SKINDOME BEAUTY reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline to perform a treatment if the conditions necessary for its safe application are not met.
If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable for you, we recommend contacting the studio before booking.
8. Treatment Assessment and Adaptation
The treatments offered are personalised whenever possible, according to the type and current condition of the skin.
However, SKINDOME BEAUTY reserves the right to adjust, modify or decline a treatment if the conditions necessary for its safe application are not met.
The treatment approach may be adapted during the appointment according to the skin's response, with the aim of providing appropriate and safe care.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for following the instructions provided before, during and after treatment.
They also agree to communicate any reaction, change or relevant circumstance affecting their skin following a session.
Improper use of recommended products or failure to follow the instructions provided may affect treatment outcomes and remains the client's responsibility.
10. Appointments, Punctuality and Cancellations
Clients are kindly requested to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment duration.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled with sufficient notice.
Late cancellations or failure to attend an appointment may affect future bookings.
In certain cases, a deposit may be required to confirm an appointment. This deposit may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or non-attendance.

The content of this website, together with the information, recommendations and advice provided during the Aesthetic Skin Assessment and Skin Coaching®, is intended exclusively for the client's personal use.
